Candidate Assessment · Growth & Sales
This assessment measures how you sell, promote, and win people over. Answer all five scenarios in your own words — there are no right answers, only good thinking. Allow 45–60 minutes. You can submit only once.
You are selling a new productivity app that has no reviews and no reputation yet. Write a cold direct message (max 3 sentences) to a stranger that makes them want to try it — without sounding like spam.
You have to make people care about a boring product — pick any one (an insurance plan, a spreadsheet tool, a water bottle, your choice). Write a social post (max 280 characters) designed to get shared. Name the product first, then the post.
A potential customer says: "This looks like every other scam out there — why should I trust you?" Write exactly what you would say back to turn them around. Be specific; do not promise money or rewards.
You are dropped into a new city/region with no budget and no contacts, and 30 days to build a community of 100 genuine people around a brand. Describe your plan in 4–6 sentences. What do you do in week 1?
To scale, you need help. List the first 3 people or roles you would bring on, in order, and one line each on how you would find them and why they come first.
One submission per link. Your answers, name, email, and timestamp are recorded and sent to the hiring team.
Thank you. The team will review your answers and get back to you soon.
